Premium wet diamond polishing pad designed for use with a polishing machine or variable speed angle grinder in combination with a hook and loop backer pad.
Recommended at speeds under 4500rpm.
For use on Granite, Marble and most natural stone.
Aimed at the professional user these pads have a higher diamond content than economy pads, simply put, they will last longer and provide better value for money for the medium to heavy user.
The 9 pad set is made up of 2x50, 2x100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 3000 grit pads. We doubled up the two coarse pads that are generally used more often and tend to wear out faster than the higher numbered grits.

These pads are quite hard, which is what gives them their lifespan. They will need to be "dressed" on a hard product like black granite to bed the pads in on initial use.

These pads are very flexible with a "rubber" like resin consistency, combined with an off white resin colour makes these ideal for polishing lighter products particularly quartz and engineered stone that tends to mark with the traditional darker resin diamond pads. 100mm diameter and hook and loop backed.Designed for professional use, the extreme flexibility limits the lifespan of these pads but they do produce a quality finish at an afforable price.

These give you more control than metal bonded cup wheels or grinding head.
Ideal for exposing aggregate on concrete.

Flexible metal bond and Copper bond Polishing Pad
Sintered metal bonded with Rubber backer pad backed applied to quickly remove stock. They are available from #30, #50, #100,#200 to #400
Copper bond pad available in 80mm(3”), 100mm (4") or 125mm (5"). Grit size 30#, 50#, 100#, 200# and 400# available.
Aggressive copper bonded grinding/polishing discs. Use wet or dry, however the lifespan of these pads is reduced with sustained dry use. Equally at home straightening up granite worktops or polishing a concrete floor.
Sometimes called "Hybrid pads" as these are half way between grinding and polishing. Perfect for concrete worktops.
The 30# is ideal for smoothing off the underside of the overhang on a granite worktop or exposing aggregate on cast concrete.
Quartz Rigid Sponge Diamond Polishing Pads
Available in 80mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm diameter 10mm thick rigid sponge diamond polishing pads for quartz engineered stone.
These pads come from the floor refurbishment industry and are designed for repolishing agglomerates, artificial marbles along with liquid penetrants and hardeners on polished concrete floors. However it was discovered they polish the edges of quartz worktops very well.
The diamond grit is on the surface of the pad rather than impregnated in resin, this removes the friction that causes the resin burn problems associated with man made quartz worktops.
These can be used wet at up to 3000rpm or dry up to 2000rpm.
From feedback we're finding that stonemasons are using traditional resin bonded pads at the lower grits from #50 through to #200 or #400 to getting everything flat and smooth then changing to these pads to bring up the shine.
Available as a set or as individual grits from #300 through to #10000. The set of 7 pieces comprises one pad of each grit.
Other sizes are available but as the diameter increases the price increases disproportionately.
Sponge Restoration Buffing Diamond Pads
Rigid sponge restoration, repolishing pads, hook and loop backed.
Designed for bringing the shine back to previously polished products that have dulled with use.
Perfect for the cleaning,restoration and buffing of Marble, Granite, Terrazzo, Travertine and most natural stone.
Not suitable for use on manmade engineered stone or quartz.
As a rough guide each numbered pad is equivalent to the following diamond grits:
#1=400, #2=800, #3=1500, #4=3000, #5=5000
Available from stock in 100mm or 125mm, other sizes upto 430mm (17") are available to order.

Wet Floor Diamond Restoration Burnishing Pads
Our wet floor burnishing pad available in 430mm (17") and 510mm (20").
The diamond grit is mixed with adhesive and sprayed onto the surface of the woven pad.
These are similar to the HTC Twsiter pad and are designed to be used wet. If dry use is required we suggest trying our dry restoration pads.
A range of grits are available from very coarse 200# all the way up to 5000# for a fine polish.
What are they desgined for?
In a word, restoration. To revive previously polished floors. These have been tested on the following products:-
Granite, Marble, Limestone, Terrazzo, Encaustic Tiles and Polished Concrete.
Our tests have shown that used on Terrazzo they are providing around 300m2 of useful lifespan per pad when used on an average swing machine of circa 50kg in weight at around 200rpm.
What won't they do?
They won't deal with lippage, despite the fact we offer these in a quite coarse 200 grit, they aren't miracle pads and are not a replacement for proper grinding equipment for dealing with different heights.
Catching lippage will tear or even rip the pad off the machine.
Dry Floor Diamond Restoration Pads
Our dry floor restoration pads available in 430mm (17") and 510mm (20") these are an upscale version of our restoration pads listed further down the page.
The diamond grit is bonded in dry specification resin and attached to the face of the woven disc.
These are similar to the HTC FENIX pad and are designed to be used dry (if used wet the lifespan is substantially reduced). If wet use is required we suggest trying our burnishing pads.
A range of grits are available from very coarse 100# all the way up to 5000# for a fine polish.
What are they designed for?

Foam backed diamond hand pads. Ideal for final finishing of all natural stone. Also good for taking the sharp edges off glass, ceramic and porcelain.
The 50# through 400# pads are electroplated diamond
The 800# through 3000# are resin bonded diamond.
The set of 7 comprises one pad of each grit.
Edge Machine Diamond Polishing Pads Snail Lock Fitting
For use in mechanical edge polishing machines or floor polishing machines with fitment designed to accept snail lock backed pads.
5mm thickness of resin bonded diamond with a rubber cushion between the polishing head and backer to absorb vibration.
We also offer an M14 to Snail Lock backer to convert the 100mm pads for use on standard hand held polishers.
Available in 100m or 125mm.
